The BD-Power 1045176 Iron Horn S366SXE/80 0.91AR Turbo Kit will replace the stock turbo in your 2003-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins with the S366 SX-E Borg Warner T4 flange turbo which will increase the power, response, and reliability of your engine. The Iron Horn Turbo Kit contains a 2-piece BD high flow pulse T4 manifold and gaskets, but extra pipping is not needed.
